At Keystone we work with everyone from experienced property developers to people who have never before considered buy-to-let and are understandably a bit cautious about the process.
Many of our clients come to us because they are frustrated with how poorly their savings are performing in savings accounts or the stock market and are looking to make a sound investment both now and for the future. We also work with parents who have chosen to combine an investment with providing a roof over their children’s heads while they are studying.
To take into account different investor needs, we offer two main packages: -
Quartz – For a flat fee, we take on all aspects of the investment – including finding you a property (often before it’s even on the open market), getting it for you at the best price; co-ordinating any refurbishment or building work (including planning permissions if necessary); finding and vetting suitable tenants, and managing the property for you.
Flint – This option is often taken up by people who already own a number of houses, or feel very comfortable with the buy-to-let market. You find and negotiate your own property deal, and Keystone then advises on planning and building, sources and vets suitable tenants, and manages the property.
