I’m James Goodchild and I set up Keystone Property Management in 2014.
I have over seven years experience in developing and renting student properties; in fact, I bought and managed my first house only a year after leaving my studies at the University of Birmingham.
I now have a portfolio of eight student houses in Selly Oak, Birmingham. During the period that I’ve been in property development I’ve built up an excellent network of trusted contacts including estate agents, rental agencies, architects and building contractors.
